I have examined
the
accompanying Ordinance

Ordinance entitled the
Vehicles and Public Traffic
Ordinance, 1883, and I am of
opinion that the Ordinance
is one which is not
objectionable to the Governor's Instruction.
The object of this Ordinance
is to make
improved provision
for the licensing of public vehicles and the regulation of street traffic.
